HOLIDAYS & COVID-19: We are not guaranteeing any delivery dates on orders during special holidays (Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, etc). Due to the uncertainty of COVID-19 affecting the various carriers and delivery services, we have no way of 100% guaranteeing that you will receive your order on a certain day, especially since our items are made to order. Please order early to ensure the best chance that your items arrive before the special holiday!

I need to change/cancel my order.

You have 24 hours after placing your order to edit or cancel it. Immediately after purchase, the order enters our manufacturing queue and production begins, next business day. You can submit your request by emailing our customer service at [email protected]

How are your sizes determined?

We offer several different sizes of all of our products. The size of our square products represents the side length. The size of the circle products represents the diameter. The rest of our products are measured from the longest length (whether it be height or width) of the product.

Where do I enter my coupon code?

Once you have added the item/items you would like to purchase to your cart, click view cart. This will take you to your cart page. Below your cart items you should see the “Coupon Code” box with an “Apply coupon” button beside it. You will enter your code in the box and click “Apply coupon”. This should adjust your total. You will also be presented with the option to enter your coupon code from the checkout page. Please note that custom orders do not qualify for active store promotions.

Will my metal product rust?

Our metal products are powder coated and cured in a 400-degree oven. As long as there aren’t any blemishes exposing the actual metal, your piece is protected from the elements.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time we only ship within Canada through Canpar Express and Canada Post.

Damage / Return Policy

Due to the customization of our products, items cannot be returned to us for a refund. If you receive an item that is incorrect or you believe you may be missing part of your order, you must notify us within three business days of receipt as shown on your order.  Learn more about returns and refunds.

How to Hang Metal Signs

Our signs come with predrilled holes and we recommend using #8 x 2″ screws to hang. By request, we can exclude the predrilled holes to accommodate other mounting options for the customer, such as hooks, wire, double-sided tape, construction adhesive, etc…

Can you create a custom design for me?

Sometimes! It depends on exactly what you are needing, but we request that you contact our team by filling out our custom request form. During various times of the year, this form may be deactivated due to high demand.

Do you have any sales going on right now?

We have sales frequently, but we recommend subscribing to our mailing list to be the first to know about special offers. If you sign up now, you can earn 10% off your next order!

I need an item by a certain date. How can I guarantee that?

Since we do not offer any expedited services, we recommend that you order your item at least 6 weeks before you need it. We realize this seems like a long time, but due to the personalization that is required to produce your item plus the shipping time, we recommend that you plan plenty of time in advance!

What shipping services do you use?

We ship our products through Canada Post, and offer local pickup to those in the area.

Depending on your location, your package can take anywhere from 2-7 days to arrive once the label has been created. When your order ships, we e-mail you tracking information so that you can keep a close eye on where your order is! Due to COVID-19, carriers have been delayed longer than normal so please understand that the delivery times are out of our control currently.

What colours do you offer?

We offer six powder coat colour options for your metal decor items. The colours are as listed below:

  • Black Texture
  • Super Silver
  • Sun Gold
  • Jollipop Red
  • Jollipop Blue
  • Jollipop Copper

Our powder-coated items are run through a detailed process to ensure that your surface is prepared correctly and that your colour finish lasts for a long time in an indoor or outdoor environment.

How thick is the steel used on your products?

Our products are cut out of 14 gauge (5/64″) steel. This thickness was chosen to provide you with a solid and quality item, but isn’t too heavy to hang on your wall or door!

How long does it take to ship an order?

We always strive to ship orders as quickly as possible, and in some cases, this can be achieved within a week. However, the general turnaround time for most products is 3-4 weeks. The reason for this amount of time is that each item is made-to-order and crafted from scratch. Due to the wide variety of sizes and colour options available, it is not feasible for us to carry inventory for our products. We can not produce your item until we receive your order. Turnaround times can fluctuate depending on popular ordering seasons, and the number of orders being produced.

Am I responsible for spelling and grammar?

We copy and paste your text as submitted, so please be sure the spelling and grammar have been verified. If you’re uncertain about how to pluralize names, you can refer to our name pluralization guide. It is important to note that apostrophes are floating characters and may be excluded from some products.

Why does the price change on certain options?

Customization, finish size, and complexity of cut all factor into the pricing of each piece.

Do I need to create a new customer account?

A customer account is not required to purchase a product and you can check out as a guest. You will however have the option to create an account when making a purchase. Doing so will allow you to see the status of current orders, reference past orders, and retain billing/shipping information for easy checkout on future orders.

How much is the shipping cost?

Shipping is free for orders over $150 (before taxes). We have a flat rate shipping cost of $14.99 for orders under $150 (before taxes) to anywhere in Canada. We also offer free local pickup to customers in the SD&G area. Please note that custom orders do not qualify for free shipping.

My tracking shows delivered but I did not receive my order.

 You will need to contact Canada Post with your tracking number to file a missing mail claim.
