Our 4-Step Process
Cut it
The day following your purchase, your order is designed, programmed, then cut with precision by our industry leading fiber laser.
Clean It
The cut steel is then passed through a specialized sander which cleans and smooths the surface before going to the next step.
Coat It
Next we powder coat your sign to match the colour on your order and bake at 400°F for 30 minutes so that it’s cured and protected.
Ship It
Your sign then passes a strict quality control inspection to ensure absolute perfection before it becomes packaged and shipped.
