Returns & Refunds


Our return policy allows for a period of 30 days after delivery to request a refund or exchange. Please note that we are unable to process any requests made after this time frame.

In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unused, and without any damage or missing parts that are not due to our error. In cases where the item is not in its original condition, we may offer a partial refund or store credit.

Please note that the following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Gift cards
  • Custom Personalized Products

To initiate a return, we require proof of purchase in the form of a receipt or similar documentation.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Due to the nature of personalized items, cancellations are not possible once 24 hours have passed from the time of order. As soon as an order is placed, it is immediately added to our manufacturing queue. Please note that no refunds will be given and there are no exceptions to this policy.

Please note that all custom orders are non-refundable. In the event that the order is cancelled after the design work has been completed, reserves the right to keep a $50 deposit for services rendered.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected].


We only process exchanges for defective items. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product, please send us an email at [email protected] and ship the item to the following address: 415 Moulinette Road, Long Sault, ON, K0C 1P0, Canada.

Shipping Your Return

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 415 Moulinette Road, Long Sault, ON, K0C 1P0, Canada.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
